Planning
In the Retirement Planning Department of Brower Financial Group,
we find retirement solutions for all businesses and individuals. We
are able to work with any vendor of our choosing to provide the
best alternative to fit the needs and financial goals of our
clients.
We begin the process by identifying the specific objectives that
each client has. If applicable, we perform an extensive diagnostic
analysis of any current plan that the client has in place. This
analysis helps us to identify any areas of improvement that can be
provided to the client in areas such as pricing, fund selection,
servicing, or employee/employer education. We look at alternatives
for the client with various plan designs and various carriers, to
ensure that only the best options are presented and offered.
Once a plan design and carrier is chosen, we walk through the
implementation process with the client, making sure everything runs
smoothly throughout. We hold education meetings at each business
location to make certain that each employee is well educated on the
plan and their options within the plan.
When the plan has been completely established, we stand by your
side and will be the point of contact for all general questions and
needs about your retirement plan. We provide enrollment materials
and will schedule enrollment meetings for any new employees hired
after the initial enrollment. We provide you with tools to help
keep you informed of deadlines and requirements for plan testing,
and help you make sure that your plan stays in compliance.
