B. Darby Brower

Darby was born in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1962, but then
relocated with his family to Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he
spent his early years. After high school, he spent a year in Sweden
as a Rotary Club exchange student where he became fluent in German
and Swedish. He attended Washington & Lee University in
Lexington, Virginia, and obtained his bachelor's degree in
1985.

Nicki Cromer
Director of Retirement Plans & Insurance
Nicki was raised in Savannah, GA. She attended Young Harris
College and then transferred to Georgia Southern University, where
she earned a BBA in Finance and a MBA in Business.
She moved to Charleston, SC after graduating and began her career
working for American Pensions Inc, in the Investment Advisory area.
She is Series 7 & Series 65 registered, and also holds her
Life, Health & Annuity license. Nicki joined Montoya Brower
Financial Strategies as the Retirement Plan Account Manager in
March of 2006 and moved with the investment team to Brower
Financial Group.
Her responsibilities include servicing the existing 401(k), 403(b)
and other retirement plans, as well as helping to establish and
install new plans. She also oversees the individual insurance
department. Nicki prides herself on establishing and maintaining
personal relationships with all clients, so that they are well
taken care of and are treated more like friends, and less like
business relationships.
Outside of work she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends
and family, and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs! Go Dawgs!
Casey Clementz
Client Relations

Casey was born and raised in Ft. Myers, Florida. He Graduated
from Jacksonville University in May of 2005 with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Marketing. He spent a summer abroad at
Stellenbosch University near Cape Town, South Africa. He was a
member and Vice President of Sigma Phi Epsilon
Fraternity.
He Joined Brower Financial Group in September of 2010.
Previously he has been a Personal/Small Business Banker for Bank of
America and prior to that he was an Investment Real Estate Agent
and Private Money Lender for RealNet of Northeast, Florida.
His responsibilities include servicing existing investment
accounts as well as opening new client accounts. Representing
Brower Financial Group in the community, he is involved in
educational events, with the United Way Tocqueville Society,
Jacksonville Beaches Historical Society, and Beaches Fine Arts
Series.
Outside of work he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and
spending time with family and friends.
Jennifer Brower
Director of Marketing & Public Relations
As a Florida native, Jennifer's family spans back four
generations. She attended St. Johns Country Day School in Orange
Park, Florida for 12 years. Upon graduation, she obtained her
degrees in Public Relations, Communications and a minor in English
from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and London,
England.

Mary G. Othmer
Director of Client Relations and Insurance
Mary joins the Brower team from an accomplished customer service
background. Formerly with Montoya Brower and Associates, she left
Montoya Financial Strategies to become the Director of Client
Relations and Insurance for her colleagues at Brower Financial
Group.
One of her passions is the love of her family, her husband John,
and their son Vince who have been residents of Jacksonville Beach
for over 30 years. Her second passion is supporting awareness of
ovarian cancer.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling, boating and spending
time with family and friends.
